早在1935年，日本殖民時期，臺灣就舉辦了第一次地方議會選舉。
但……這場選舉非常「限定」：
只有不到5%的人有資格投票
女性、農夫、工人通通被排除在外
投票還分成「日人區」和「臺灣人區」
甚至還發生過：有人不會寫字，畫圈畫錯就白白被作廢。
儘管如此，這卻是臺灣人第一次體驗「票箱」的滋味，也開啟了之後民主政治的慢慢發展... more
