小中高12年間の、心理的には発達課題を1つずつ登っていた時期。
そりゃいろんな価値観の変化や自分に対する疑いやそもそも人生に対しての漠然とした悩み、いろんな経験をする若い時期に出会って12年間過ごした仲間たちとの還暦同窓会。
まさか再会がこんなに温かく優しいものだとは想像もしていませんでした。それは周りの変化というよりも、根底には自分自身の世界を見るレンズが変わったことによる変化であろう。
これほどまでに見える世界は変わるのかと。勝手に泣ける。
先日お散歩してたときに、目の前を歩く親子の会話から思ったことです。
そりゃ、子育て時代、ママとしての自分の言葉がけが間違っていたことなんてしょっちゅうだ。
気分で発言しちゃったり、そもそも過去の経験からの狭い視野で歪んだ価値観の自分がいた。
つい言ってしまった言葉が、子供に影響するだろうなぁと思えば、自己嫌悪にもなる。
でもじゃあどうするかですよね。
自己嫌悪で終わるだけで良いのか。
