  • If your partner introduces you to this podcast, they're telling you they want to break up with you. I'm sorry you had to find out like this but they're getting sucked off by video games now. Thumbcramps is their mistress. I'm deeply sorry. I hope you're ok.

    Thumb Cramps is a breakfast milkshake. But not just any breakfast milkshake: a pickled ham and eggs flavored protein milkshake.

    Is it good? Objectively no,. It’s salty, it’s vinegary, and you do get the distinct taste of milk and eggs, but at this point you’ve been with it long enough that you kinda like it, crave it even.

    The supplements you’ve added to it aren’t FDA approved and almost definitely making you wrong, but you ARE realizing your gains so maybe it’s doing something good.
