I have listened to this pod since it stated after finding them via social media. I have to say the hosts have really grown on me (despite them saying dumb things sometimes! But they own that and it’s actually kinda endearing) and I love the stories that they select. So glad there are now 2 eps per week.
I think it is irresponsible to paint Autistic people as a stereotype. If you are not educated on the community, you really shouldn’t be making assumptions about how Autistic people interact. Just like everyone else this community is a community but also individuals who interact differently. I am hurt by Denver perpetuating this stereotype in his recent reaction to a story on the latest episode. I can no longer listen or support this podcast.
Have always gotten frustrated with how teresa cannot grasp basic concepts/sayings/references but I keep my negative comments to myself and listen for the reddit stories. Until today. The irony of Teresa calling anyone an idiot is hilarious. Hey teresa, maybe form your own organic opinions on things instead of caring so much what the woke world thinks and just following what you believe won’t get you “cancelled”.
