  • Sound Issues

I’ve really enjoyed the content. However, my only issue is with the sound. The sound is very inconsistent and I’m constantly having adjust the volume as some speakers are too loud and others I have to turn the volume up considerably.

Q: How do you justify the Ohana Network concept to members who just want one convenient place to work?
Ohana is designed so joining one location unlocks access to all brands within the portfolio, providing practical flexibility and a consistent experience across spaces without fragmenting membership.
Week 40, 2025 - Exploring M&A Activity and Networking ft Bryce Hill
Q: Bryce, what was your big change at Office Evolution Longmont that kicked off the recent M&A activity?
We sold the Longmont location to a local family stepping into coworking for the first time and simultaneously acquired Venture X Denver South, a move that fits our density strategy and helps unify our footprint across the market.
16 years into Propco + Opco with Tim Slaughter
Q: What hasn't changed in the core fundamentals of your business?
Despite market shifts, the emphasis remains on serving smaller, local businesses and maintaining human connections, plus a long-term cash-flow focus rather than chasing large enterprise deals with tighter terms.
16 years into Propco + Opco with Tim Slaughter
Q: When did you start tipping your toes into coworking and how did you evolve from landlord to coworking operator?
We began exploring coworking concepts around 2017, initially meeting with potential operators and then purchasing Jaeger Office Suites locations to learn and operate the model, ultimately moving to a fully integrated Opco/Propco structure and expanding through acquisitions.
Creches, kitchens and other spaces with Jessie Glew
Q: Are you a good cook?
No, but we bring in culinary experts to run the kitchens and ensure quality, enabling us to offer a flexible kitchen space without needing in-house cooking expertise.
