The source material for this podcast is the product of host Colin Hall's 20+ years of studying and teaching yoga history, but these episodes are not dry academic dissertations (they’re quite entertaining!)

Found this Sunday, now it’s gone! Disappointing that it’s only available via membership now.
Please bring season 2!! I love this podcast! I’ve learned so so much!!
Colin you said you’re not above flattery so here you go: Love that I stumbled upon this podcast! I have been practicing yoga for more than a year now and learning more about yoga history and why it matters complements my current practice.
Humorous and insightful, I’d recommend this podcast to anyone who is interested in yoga.
I’m considering become a yoga teacher one day, and wanted to start to learn more about where it all came from, and why. I’m only on episode 3 and by no means an expert in anything, but I’m really enjoying it so far! Excited about this!
Incredibly engaging, informative, and thought provoking. All practitioners and teachers of yoga should have a listen! Brilliantly delivered, intelligent story telling. Colin has a fantastic tone and great sense of humour. Please keep them coming
