I asked Siri to play me a podcast for expats in Austria and was thrown this gem. As an Australian (slowly learning German), I can generally only understand half of this but it’s still hilarious and I appreciate the random stories, very insightful into Wien life.
These guys are getting me through living in the States until I move back to Austria. I listen to them every Monday while I make my Palatschinken. ♥️
The topics are very interesting, but the Austrian guy is very rude and hates everything 🧐 to every single topic he is always unhappy. It is not nice to hear.
Ich liebe den Podcast, weil die beiden super lustig sind aber teilweise auch informativ.
Total nett zum Anhören während dem Arbeiten, Kochen usw
As an Australian coming to Vienna for an exchange, I randomly found this podcast about a 2 months ago. I love it. You boys genuinely put a smile on my face every week (even if I can’t really understand Gabi)

The show stitches language quirks, everyday etiquette, local traditions, food and drink, and timely topics into fast-paced, personable conversations that skew toward warm, irreverent humor and a strong sense of local identity. A notable strength is the seamless English-German back-and-forth, which helps draw in international listeners while keeping a distinctly Viennese flavor. Sponsored segments and frequent pop-culture references give branding opportunities without breaking the in... more
