If you want to hear a privileged white man's take on Austria, Slovenia and Hungary, than maybe you'll last longer than I did. The interview style played like mansplaining, and I cringed when the interviewee said that they don't really like to look for culture as it's not really something that exists (huh?). But finally turned off when they said "fat, European" with such disgust.
Love hearing about your new style of travelling with a baby in tow and all the challenges that brings (from a travelling mom who can relate!)
I’ve tried older episodes so maybe they’ve worked on the listenability but the
“Oh for sure” and “I FEEL like” just over and over
AND the upspeak. I just couldn’t take it.
Disappointed while listening to your Laos episode that you rode Elephants. This is not good for them and should never be done. Also your attitude about the food and looking for restaurants catering to tourists makes me wonder why you went there and travel at all.
I like the idea of this podcast but I think you should change the name to Mexico/Central America/South America Wanderers because it’s been a while since you’ve done a series of podcasts outside these regions
