Rooney is one of the worst, most inarticulate analysts I’ve ever had the misfortune of seeing on the telly. It’s even more brutal listening to him. He always sounds verbally constipated, as if he’s in the process of trying to use the loo and it was just our grave misfortune to stumble upon him—in flagrante delicto.
My kingdom for a red card!
Rooney is great to listen to but the sycophantic other guy needs binning.
Need to replace the other guy, he ruins it for me. Could be up there if they get the right transfer in. Wayne talking about football great, other guy just grates
Wayne Rooney gives his valuable insight. This guy knows his onion bag.
The other dude who tries to bring some kind of “street” flavour is awful. The guy keeps saying ‘like this like that’. Absolute BBC spanner straight from the draw.
This isn’t just another show about the analysis of the weekend games. It also delves into the heart of football - the real lives of footballers, managers, coaches and their families, whilst also looking back at previous top players and past games. As a 60 year old lady I am not the target audience, but I really do love this show ! Thank you Wayne and team for brightening my Monday drive into the office!
