    I woke at 02:30 this morning, I don’t know what woke me, but I decided to listen to a podcast. I have a few podcasts in my playlist. A couple of meditation ones, some Jewish one, but yours is my only Jewish meditation. I’m very grateful for finding your podcast. I’m unable to see my children, and grandchildren. Covid restrictions means I can’t visit them and I’m feeling that loss a great deal. Today’s meditation on ‘I don’t feel like meditating so I meditated’, was just what I needed. Thank you ... more
