This pod is like Alcoholics Anonymous for spurs fans. A very needed support group without which I would be totally lost in the sea of spurs chaos. It runs the gamut of seasoned considered takes to the purely emotional. It has become essential in my life.
Brilliant podcast, Danny Kelly (get well soon) and Kate are great hosts. The guests are all knowledgeable and articulate. Only real criticism I have is Jay Harris using the word “alluded” when he really means “referred”, several times per show. For the love of god, someone explain to him what the word actually means, or just implement a swear jar for its use by him!
Danny has massive shoes to fill. I think Kate has come in and immediately endeared me to her. The podcast needs someone with some emotion and opinions to counter the more balanced athletic reporters. Really pleased with her on the show
In this gloomiest of seasons VFTL continues to be the smartest, funniest and most objective Spurs pod. There have been many times this season when I don’t want to look at the back page or hear another ‘expert’ opinion on where our club has been misled, but I’d never miss VTFL because they complete understand what it is to be a Spurs fan.
