I like Kate and think she has a role to play on the pod but not as the main presenter. Danny set a different tone and replacing Danny with Kate, good as she is, is akin to replacing Kane with Solanke. I have gone from 5 to 4 stars.
Really like The View. Really like Kate; a great host, getting the balance right between fan and journalist. She’d be even better after just one session with a voice coach to rid her of the vocal fry.
The new host, why does she constantly sound like she’s either about to cry, laugh or is midway through squeezing one out?
I’m sorry I love this podcast but Kate’s voice is like fingers down a black board, girls sounds in pain. Had the same thought when she was on the football ramble. Get well soon the legend that is Danny Kelly. COYS
God, this show has gotten terrible … the new host is a cackling nightmare with nothing to add … listening to Seb Stafford-Blor makes my teeth itch … what a downgrade.
