Really like the content, choice of guests and the questions the host asks but I hope this is received as intended (as constructive criticism aimed at improving): the constant “mm-hmm” “uhh” and another affirmative responses from the host while the guest is talking is very distracting and really breaks up the flow of the conversation. Makes it seem like the host can’t wait for the guest to finish so they can get a word in.
