I have a couple of Ross's videos. The T'ai Chi Minutes are great additions for those times at the gym or even when traveling. Ross is invariably clear both in this explanations and his demonstrations. Of all the videos I have acquired, his are the most helpful, and of the podcasts, I also like his the best.
I can't really tell if he knows what he's doing or not. I think I'll just search the web for official references rather than use this podcast.
