This show is perfect. What could be better than listening to some poor customer service rep take calls about supernatural insurance questions! The improv is really impressive, I love the humor, and the creativity is off the charts. I can’t wait for more episodes! :)
This show is great. Anytime you get a vampire on willing to talk about ethical feeding you know you've made it. I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't take shit too seriously. 10/10
How will this world ever find peace if we are so biased and so polarized that we truly are unable to accept suffering on two sides of a war. To solely blame one side is not the way forward. To expect a country to just go away is also not the way forward
Using incorrect terminology offends. Language matters. So so disappointing.
Addictive! So much fun, this show makes me laugh even on Monday morning commute to work.
Have just completed the series.
I enjoyed the episodes that related to the show premise - ones about insurance claims.
The episodes that travelled down other pathways left me a little perplexed. The April bonus episode left me completely confused.
There is potential, I encourage the producers to make more episodes about claims.

Terrific improvised comedy set at a supernatural insurance company call center.
As someone who spent years working in a series of call centers I can attest that SPC nails it. Fun concepts quickly spiral into absurd hilarity. Only a few episodes in and I already love this show.

I adore this show! The voice acting is wonderful and the scripts are excellent. Each creature encounter is fun and creative, and the humor puts me in such a good mood. I highly highly recommend it. Whether you want to chill out, listen with friends, or go on a nice walk with some extra company, it's a great listen.
I just love this premise. And the deadpan treatment of each matter just gets funnier and funnier. The excruciating amount of detail is sooooo good. And that typing! Hahaha
A half-scripted/half-improv AD is such an incredibly unique concept for a show. I'd recommend checking out this show on that idea alone.
with shorter episodes, it's easy to listen to them back to back all in one day. The atmosphere of the show comes across very clean and is never overpowering. Enjoy having flashbacks to your own days working in call-centers and wishing your job was 10% as interesting as this one.
Obviously those involved have some experience with customer service ;) it’s funny how the calls sound genuine and believable, and the humanistic component of hearing the reaction after the caller hangs up is just extra.
Leaving this review just so this show may be recognized and continued. hilariously accurate. I just need assistance with one more thing… please keep ‘em comin’!! :)
Why can’t all insurance companies be like this! I love all the different insurance scenarios and I really want to know more about the operator and the office dynamics. Binged all 6 in one morning and can’t wait for more!
