Excellent podcast on fine craft chocolate. The host simran sethi covers the length and breath of cacao. You get a glimpse into the harvest and production as well as the dark secrets of your favourite sweet treat. The tastings sessions are informative and super fun.
I’ve only listen to the first 3 episodes, but I already feel so enlightened when it comes to the complexity of cacao. Interesting guests, well written and easy to listen.
A great resource for us real-chocolate enthusiasts. Good to hear these stories, especially the one where music alter our perception of flavors, as well as that we can still buy THE BEST chocolate bar in the world for ”few” dollars. Ramón - ClubChokolate.com
I love the case studies of various chocolate makers around the world. Keep doing those!
