Ryland and Lizzie with the occasional appearance of Chris is an amazing podcast duo/trio!! I love the topics, the banter, and the food trends! The Sip is very entertaining and I look forward to every new episode!

I’ve been listening to this podcast since day one and enjoy it so much. Lizzie and Ryland are so entertaining and I appreciate all of the topics they bring to the table, whether they’re tough conversations or LOL funny. I don’t like the new format i want a podcast not an audio YouTube video. Lozzie gets a bad wrap. Ryland gaslights her. Lizzie please start or get on a more intellectual podcast. You are hilarious
