Hard to give a review as I haven’t experienced what you have.
I have several cousins that are adopted. They each have differing opinions about being adopted.
I believe they all knew from the beginning that they were adopted.
I agree that there should be better laws concerning adoption.
I enjoy listening to this podcast.
Michele’s name was given to me by a friend because of a few things in my life so I decided to give a listen but my gf told me she saw some woman with the same name on a Pro Palestine FB page. I checked it out. One in the same. Look you are entitled to your opinions but you are not allowed to say hateful things about the Jewish race. I guess there is really karma. This whole thing has divided many of us but to literally hate and actually say you hate Jew is wrong. Stay away. She evidently is ok w... more
Though my story has a slightly different path, the lies are similar. My mom’s legacy is forever tarnished, if not destroyed by marrying a man before my birth and insisting right up to her death that he was my father. I asked often starting at 3 years & 11 months. The last time I asked was at age 35 & 4 months, 3 weeks before she died. I was 63 when I took the Ancestry DNA test, and 64 & 5 months when I found my dad. I was his only child. We were so interconnected that he may have known about me... more
It is fine.
The sound quality is good & easy to listen to.
I don’t like the attitude towards the parents in these scenarios. There is a complete dismissal of their feelings and situation. I don’t think npe children should be directed by the parent’s feelings, but consideration and empathy would be more mature and well rounded.
The host lets guests bash their parents which isn’t nice to listen to.
