Tried to listen to episode 9 about the STAR technique. They rambled on for 5 mins before telling us what the technique is, then launched into an unrelatable example. No structure, no setting the scene, no hook to get us interested. Just lots of smug, aren’t we clever, chat. There is no need to say ‘yes’ at the end of every sentence the other person says. I’m sure you are lovely people, trying to add value, but I can’t imagine many recruiters sitting through this. Sorry.
Easy to follow topics. Great for those who are new or need a refresher on the recruitment or job application process
