This very basic information. Once it gets going and about to get into the subject, it cuts away. And just leaves you hanging waiting for more. If you just right a bike around for fun is informational, otherwise odds are you know all this.

as a recent member to the sports, I was pleasantly surprised to see an educational video on bike sports...where information has traditional appeared in magazines and websites. Each video is short (perhaps a little longer would've been nice) but certainly entertaining and educational. Only 8min per video. Worth spending time.
