I listen to a pod while I’m driving and every time I turn this show on, I’m NEVER disappointed. Stephanie has the most soothing voice and just talks from the depths of her soul. The guests she has on the show are always so pleasant and share so much knowledge. My favorite, though, are her guided meditations. Thank you Stephanie for this lovely podcast.
