I love Romantic Comedies, but I am also highly aware of how some of the tropes and cliches can often be a bit problematic! The idea for this podcast is simple - Lisa and Charles Adrian (who have a great rapport!) discuss a romantic comedy, examine its strengths and weaknesses, and talk about what they would do differently. Just finished the first episode for 10 Things and I really enjoyed it. The hosts are fun to listen to and don’t feel too rushed or serious (it’s rom coms, after all) but still critique in a satisfying way. A great pandemic listen—can’t wait to see what they discuss next!
