    Tamar and Lane have such a mellow vibe while digging deep into the many challenges we face in life, relationship and all things around mental and emotional health. They pull the pearls of wisdom from their guests while you feel like you are sitting in their living room with them, learning and laughing. This podcast is so well done!!

    I am so grateful for this podcast and these two women. I love that they talk about the human spirit evolution. Especially the importance of being present and that although with loving kindness or other spiritual practices—we are human.

    Wow - you guys have a great rapport together! I like the pacing of your show and I love that you don’t yell at each other! You both have wonderful sounding laughs which helps me smile.
