  • Therapy sessions in a bottle

    Colleen and her guests provide tactical approaches/ solutions/ ideas to topics that we all encounter regularly. Being able to listen to a podcast that touches on a topic that I’m working through, is like therapy on call and it’s free!

    I especially loved the “behind the curtain” episode and the goal setting episode. Both have made a very meaningful and significant impact in my life and relationships.
