My time is valuable to me. There are several things that made it worthwhile for me to listen today. It feels extremely conversational; you're not being told what to do or how to feel.
Through her professional experience, the author is providing you with ways to more quickly and effectively reach out to the people that mean the most to you. I will be continuing to tune in!!!
