This is a great podcast. I love listening to it! I listen when I’m at work (11 hours overnights) so I love long podcasts. I have nothing but good things to say about this podcast, I just wish they were more frequent because this is one of my favorites. Big up you guys!! Much respect!!
I would go back in time and tell myself to listen to this show when it started last year. I got an update from East Star Records that Gentleman’s Dub Club was on this show last week. I listened to one episode and decided to download the episodes with artists I already knew. After listening to a second episode, I quickly decided that I needed to listen to EVERY episode! Learning more about both roots and modern scenes. Bless
An excellent way to experience the voices, the music, the legends of Reggae history, from past to present!
Devin and Roger are awesome hosts and lead us through the music and culture they love while making space for the important players throughout the movement. It’s live, it’s fun, and it digs deep.
EVERYONE can learn something and enjoy this podcast, no matter how experienced you are with Reggae music and culture.
My 2020 would have been a lot better if I found this podcast sooner! It's what I've always wanted: interesting talk about reggae and ska with first person history of the music.
