  • We want more x2

I second the person above me…I listen to the above shiurim multiple times as I find each one a gem unto itself. However, there are still many topics to be explored that the inner and outer community would appreciate Rabbi Kelemen to shed light on. Please reconsider adding more shiurim or sharing older ones to be accessible here.

The Secret of Permanent Change: How to Make a Yom Kippur Kabbalah
Q: Is a Yom Kippur Kabbalah only a Halacha, or can it be a personal practice not grounded in Halacha?
It's framed as a tool, not a required Halacha; the speaker emphasizes collecting a binding Halacha as the foundation and treats the Kabbalah as a pragmatic shortcut to facilitate change, not a universal obligation.
Israel vs. America: Safety, Happiness, and the Hard Truths
Q: Given the dangers and antisemitism discussed, should every Jew move to Israel now?
The rabbi emphasizes that there is a mitzvah to live in Israel, but it is not practical or prudent to instruct every Jew to relocate; decisions must be individualized, weighing family circumstances, religious obligations, and personal risk. He advises seeking counsel with a rabbi and close mentors to determine what is best for each family.
What to Do When Someone Interrupts You
Q: How should one balance focusing on the other with maintaining one's own needs when interrupted?
The guidance suggests assessing the interruption to determine if the other person has an open receptacle, and if not, postponing or reframing the conversation until there is a better moment.
What to Do When Someone Interrupts You
Q: Is there a third possibility of just drawing close to someone, not trying to share information but just to connect?
Yes, there is a related approach where the aim is to get close to the other person without forcing a message, recognizing the moment to share may come later when receptivity exists.
The Hidden Cause of Low Self Esteem
Q: Why does God present multiple paths to Him instead of one singular path?
Because multiplicity allows a personalized relationship with God; each person has a unique spiritual profile and hearing, and the world needs diverse expressions of divine will to fulfill its purpose.
