Starting off with a basic question, Serena had me tell much of my story and then had questions, comments and insightful observations that carried the conversation further. A couple of her observations really made me reflect differently than I have before about a couple of things, and what she said was spot on. Serena is soft-spoken, intuitive, and a delight to speak with!
