    Excellent podcast! The concept of “seasons

    where we sprint and seasons where we sustain” really hit home. I don’t want to include any major spoilers here because your podcast and especially this episode (512) is worth listening to in its entirety. But let me tell you that the example about the teen is spot on…I am

    Adam has a gift for making weight loss, such difficult and illusive goal for so many of us, surprisingly uncomplicated. I never feel talked down to or belittled by Adam (unlike so many other health personalities), instead he feels like friend who is coming alongside me and helping me every step of the way.
