Julia Glotz hosts this crisp and insightful podcast with a wide variety of people in the food industry. She also writes an fascinating Friday newsletter called The Trim, which filters all the most interesting articles on the food business world out there and summarises them usefully and succinctly with links. Both highly recommended.
I love this podcast and format. As a cpg food professional I’ve added it to my weekly insights. Julia presents a balanced approach and has a curious mindset which allows the guests to speak freely. 5 stars from me.
Really enjoyed listening to this whilst out for a run - I actually went a bit further than planned so that I could listen to it all! Lots of useful take-outs for me to share with my team on Monday.
Good to see Julia Glotz branch out into podcasting. Good insight on topics that will affect us all one way or another. Highly recommended.
Informative, clear and part of my weekly news consumption. Keep up the good work.
