I am not a big fan of the new format of the 2nd season podcasts, which cuts up the guest speakers' talk /interviews into pieces to fit around a round table like discussions from the four hosts. Firstly, this is not very cohesive and coherent. I personally needs a logical structure, with intro, framing of the problem and then zooming in on more in-depth discussions to appreciate the content better.
