Adverts popping up mid sentence are so frustrating. And the frequency! I had 3 in 25 mins.
The way the women drool and swoon over Jamie doesn’t bother me, but if male hosts were like that with Claire there would be uproar.

I want to like them so much more because I just want to hear people talk about Outlander but I find myself constantly correcting them or thinking “just wait” (book reader here) this is probably a better podcast if you haven’t read the books. Everything with them is so surface with this assumption that nothing will be explained later or that there’s twists and turns coming. They spend way too much talking about and picking apart things that have little to no consequence to the actual story.

I think this one announcer missed the concept of what the series is about. This is such a good series for it’s time it’s believable. Obviously she’s definitely from a time of privilege.

I’ve now sat through 2 episodes and the amount of times I heard “I can’t remember who” or “I can’t remember the name” or “ummmm” or “hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahahhahhaha” over things that just aren’t funny.
