I’m cool with it! I like hearing other people talk about the dorky stuff that is happening in a movie. My husband and I talk through a whole movie. It’s terrible! We making fun of
Movies too
I’m so glad I found out about this podcast! It’s a really great concept, and I love the different styles of each writer/comedian.
It’s such a fun listen!!
I liked this at first but the readers/novelizers harp on the same “joke” or satire element over and over again. Gets old really fast.
The discussion about the slugs was rediculous. Don’t even want to listen to another second.
I love this podcast, basically feels like a very different vibe each week depending on the comics so I love not knowing what I’m gonna get, but it’s basically always hilarious.

This show turns beloved films into humorous, audiobook-style parodies featuring a rotating roster of writers and performers who warmly riff on production stories, casting quirks, and behind-the-scenes moments. Episodes balance interview segments with playful narration and mock audiobook scenes, often including industry insider anecdotes, meta-commentary on filmmaking, and running gags about audience targeting and studio craft. Noteworthy are the guest-heavy formats that mix comedy, acting, and writing with a distinctly behind-the-scenes lens, plus occasional explicit, adult humor and affectionate parody. The format is likely to appeal to fans of film, comedy writing, and improv who enjoy playful deep-dives into production lore and pop-cultu... more
