Knew by that paragraph, that it was a podcast I was willing to try. These two haven’t let me down yet. Caring & compassionate with calm, easy to listen to voices, without
repeating or extensive added extras.
I really enjoy listening to their stories. However recently the weight loss GLP adverts have been so frustrating. Why am I had g to listen to how my body needs to get rid of fat, or that I may have inherited ‘flaws’ from my parents??
They need to start fact checking. They’ll both make comments “ I think it’s xx , I think that, I don’t remember the name” etc.
I wouldn’t bring things up unless I was certain. Lots of fluff.
I really enjoy the murder and missing cases, especially the huge number of MMIW ones. My only complaint. Please please please move the unscripted to a different location. It’s such a distraction and clogs the timeline for those who are not here for that.
Mostly OK but presenters have a strong tendency to get caught up in their own virtue signalling, losing sight of facts and principles of justice in pursuit of their chosen narrative line.

A victim-focused true crime program that combines case deep-dives with empathetic storytelling and survivor perspectives. Across recent episodes, the show covers missing persons cases, high-profile murders, and documentary analyses, often weaving in input from victims' friends and family, plus occasional discussions about the ethics and craft of true crime storytelling. A standout is the hosts' balanced, conversational style that centers victims and clarifies complex narratives, though listeners note a recurring emphasis on interviews and sponsor reads.
