EP. 11 - Tyree Customs
Q: What's the brief history of how you got into cars and what attracted you to this world?
From a family deeply involved in cars, with a grandmother leasing Corvettes and a father in the industry, his earliest exposure came from watching racing and working on a Corvette in his youth. He later pursued formal training at Wyo Tech, worked in dealer and custom shops, and gradually aligned with hot rods, classic muscle cars, and metal fabrication. The pull was a combination of hands-on learning, the thrill of building something from scratch, and the inspiration drawn from veteran builders, which together formed a lifelong passion and a plan to open his own shop.
