Dating in my 40s continues to be a challenge but the insights provided by Angela and Tom give me optimism that when I do begin a new relationship, I’ll be going into it with a better understanding of both myself and what a healthy relationship looks like.
Even if you are not in a relationship, or you might think you are handling yours quite well, this is still a show for you, too.
