Nadeya is a phenomenal interviewer, she asks excellence questions and is very engaging. I love the follow up episodes with the meditation practice. Also, Nadeya has the best voice for meditation and podcasts.
I love that the guest speaker also has a meditation. I love the variety and find them very helpful!
