The final straw for me was Marks first show after the October 7, 2023 Hamas attack on Israel. He then proceeds to talk plenty about the Rangers, space, and music. Mark loves the sound of his own condescending, cringey, hyperbolic voice. He is none of the things he claims to be. He simply applies his personal beliefs to any given situation and then stamps it conservative or Christian, and anyone who dares to disagree is stupid. more
That’s how he describes himself but 1. election denying. And desire for a cultish worship for a “strong man” authoritarian leader. 3. A false sense of moral superiority in white Christian nationalism. 4. A streak of isolationism. 5. Destain for democracy. more
Mark is a Texas treasure, with a velvet voice he delivers current events in a witty and intelligent manner, yet is so down to earth. So happy to have the podcast , as I miss the first hour of live on air show due to work. And Mark, thank you for sharing your rich music knowledge, and also love the opening prayer ❤️ Never change , you are the best !
I was delighted that Marks podcast was available. I listened when in Wichita Falls in the late 90s and am delighted that the show still is so incredible. It’s a delight to be listening again
