I'm hooked on "King Falls AM," so it was an easy transition to follow this crew over to this podcast. I can relate to these guys almost all the time in that I stuck with the 9 to 5 non entertainment job, but kept acting as a hobby (Took the road well travelled). Oh, and Noah - my first acting role as a high school freshman was Rev. Humphrey.
Normal people talking crazy talk about life in a way that leaves you feeling GOOD rather than a -cidal option even in our current YA dystopian world. Want to end a podcast feeling optimistic instead of drafting a letter to your representative? These guys are for you.
As a long time lover of King Falls AM, I was so excited for this! I work in a cubicle all day and it can get a little lonely, this helps fill the lonely void! You feel like you are sitting in a room listening to friends talk about some fun and tough stuff that makes you feel like you aren’t so alone in this crazy world🙏🏻 Thank you for the comfort boys, truly.
For a show that bills itself on being reflective of the human condition this show comes off as incredibly robotic. I respect the hell out of these four men for the vulnerability they display on this show particularly discussing more sensitive topics (see Anxiety Episode). However, almost every episode feels so blasé and empty.
