They have a hard time following a thread and talk about a million topics at once. I tried to make it through two episodes about topics I’m interested in and had to stop halfway through the second one because the research is just absolute trash. It’s pretty obvious that one of these hosts (the one that talks the most is the most uninformed), formed his opinion about the JB Ramsey case directly from the Dr. Phil episode in the 90s when he was about ten years old and it’s been an unchanged opinion ... more
Garbage and worthless.
Keep your weird crybaby political commentary out of the show, it ruins it and ruins your credibility. Snowflakes.
Yesterday’s episode was so much fun. I’m gonna re-listen to it! Pretty please have Cat on again, she is so cool and it’s so refreshing to have a woman's perspective on things and inspiring too, considering she’s a chemical engineer! So cool!
Wow, I’m over 30 minutes in and have yet to hear any content worth listening to. All I’ve learned is that most people don’t do research properly and use footnotes like the host of this podcast would. He clearly thinks he’s superior and it’s just irritating. I’m not here to be lectured on the value of a philosophy or history degree. If you’re so good at research, I’d love to hear some of it before your episode is half over.

A duo dives into paranormal folklore, history, and pop culture with a conversational, banter-heavy style that often blends skepticism with curiosity. Recent episodes show a willingness to tackle misconceptions around cryptids, folklore origins, and controversial historical narratives, while also tracking production challenges, live-stream dynamics, and plans for brand expansion. The show leans into provocative topics, humorous storytelling, and guest-driven angles, which can make for engaging, long-form episodes that mix research with personal anecdotes. Notable strengths include a candid host dynamic and a willingness to critique misinformation, though listeners frequently call for tighter editing and more on-topic focus.
