  • Great Insights even for non-lawyers

It is packed with insights even for non-lawyers like me. The qualities Edmund mentioned are irreplaceable by AI.

    My key takeaways:

    1. Go ahead to be a specialist in your field but, never lose the ability to see the big picture.

    2. A trusted advisor is not someone who is knowledgeable, but someone who can exercise judgement.

    3. Be curious and learn from different people.

  • Really enjoyable podcast

I’ve just listened to my second one of these and I’m enjoying them so much. I work with lawyers (providing website services) but I don’t come from a legal background so am very keen to learn more and this is a great place to do it! I’ve just listened to the Anthony Carroll episode and am now considering getting my daughter some work experience as a barrister’s clerk as it sounds fascinating.
