I've been following Lefty for several years now, and when I heard that he was starting a sports podcast with his good friend, I was stoked. I've been watching since episode 1 and always look forward to new episodes, whenever they decide to make a new one. Good diverse sports commentary mixed with comedy, often self-deprecating, what's not to love?

This show is a really great show. Jon & Rich have a great take on a variety of sports and it isn't just the traditional studd that you get from many other sports podcasts. It's really funny show but with an underlying of great sports knowledge.
