I’ve been really enjoying this podcast! I like how laid-back it is, more focused on chit chat and having a good time than getting too serious with it. It’s especially nice having the perspective of Asian-Americans for this; it’s fun as a Chinese woman myself to nod enthusiastically along at some of the cultural beats they discuss (the shoe superstition!). I’m glad they’ve veered away from the nicknames for contestants, though, solely because I kept losing track of who they were discussing lol. M... more
For those of us who are watching Korean shows but have no one to talk about them with, these two friends make us feel like we’re part of the conversation. A fun and enjoyable listen!
I can’t follow these recaps because the hosts insist on using nicknames for everyone. It takes me about 4 episodes to remember everyone’s REAL names, and now I have to remember who they named Vitamin Girl, or Foxy Face. It’s disrespectful, too. Just because they aren’t ’Murican we don’t have to use their real names?! And ladies… #$*&s McGee?? Objectification much? Grr.
These ladies are so funny with their takes on the latest episodes of Love After Divorce, etc.
I think your podcast sound is too low. I'd love to keep listening to your casual conversations, but it’s too hard to adjust the volume on my device. It would be really better quality if you increase the sound volume for the upload!
