Just listened to episode 11 about verse novels with Rajani Larocca. This is a form I’ve enjoyed for years and am now exploring for myself as a kidlit author. Appreciated the warm conversation between host and guest and many craft nuggets too! Drank in the final poems the host read aloud from an anthology she’d recently discovered. Lovely!
I love listening to Melissa talk to authors and share her knowledge and joy of reading! This podcast keeps me informed about upcoming books- and is a must for librarians looking for great professional content! Thank you!!
I love listening to Melissa chat about books! I hope she keeps interviewing authors! I would also love an episode on must buy new titles with brief book talks about each. I find it hard to find the time to personally read each book and love recommendations.
