Not just about calories BUT THANK YOU for speaking out against the ridiculousness that is coming at your daughter. Unpopular opinion, you said so much truth and it’s about time someone spoke up. You said everything I have tried to put into words but haven’t been so articulate about. Maybe your daughter will be president one day! I enjoy your show and have always admired you’re “yes it’s hard, yes it’s unfair but you can do hard things and you aren’t alone.”

Almost like a trade school for what she wants to learn. On the other hand thank you for the podcast it’s brought positive light to my life ..on my long drives to work.

  • Gone to the dark side

I feel Jillian has gone to the dark side. Guest speakers all the time, and no real Jillian anymore. She don’t even answer questions from listeners. Nutrition and exercise, that’s what you do. Give the listeners motivation to do that. Not talk about issues we are trying to escape because mainstream media is killing us with it. After today’s “unbiased” podcast I have decided to stop listening. She said it wouldn’t be about sides, or anyone’s opinion, but the entire podcast was the “benefit of the ... more
