  • Long time fan unfollowing this show

Loved this show and Jillian when it was about health and fitness. Unfortunately just listened to Jillian's new podcast Back In The Saddle where I was surprised to hear her state as FACTS that (a) there is an alien mothership in our universe watching us and (b) Dr Fauci should be held accountable for “concealing” the “fact” that covid was started in a lab. Obviously, neither of these are facts at all. I can’t follow or listen to someone who so irresponsibly says things like this.

  • Almost a 5

Loved Jillian Michaels since Biggest loser. Just found this podcast. It’s good but 2 things keep it from being great. 1. Jillian interrupts/talks over the guest a lot. And sometimes it’s when they are trying to explain something I really want to hear about. 2. They spend so much time on what’s bad about their said topic, and not enough time on giving sound suggestions on things we could try to start fixing things or turning things around if the discussion seems to be hitting on exactly our circu... more

  • Accessible but name your sources

I like how you make information accessible and bite size but the cortisol episode is like listening to a summary of the Huberman Lab podcast. Name him at the very least if that’s who inspired you to look up the data on sunlight exposure in the morning, when to do what to match the circadian rhythm, sighs, etc.

  • Old listener, changed my review.

I used to love this show (pre 2020), these podcasts have helped me through the hardest parts of my life. I’m an old listener, Janice & Jake days but now I listen to it and am sooo confused. The format is odd, the topics aren’t inclusive, the and I miss the magic that the show had. I really miss the human aspect of the old show. Now it’s like Jillian complaining (& not funny complaining about being too famous & her kids… jaded complaining) & interrupting her guests. I feel like the podcast needs ... more
