I miss the old format. Was so excited when Janice was brought back on Back in the Saddle only to be pulled after a few months. Unfortunately, it feels like Jillian wants to be as popular as Joe Rogan and has adapted her format to try and be more controversial. Not a good look for her. Wish she would stick to health and fitness topics which are more important to me than hearing more political views. There’s plenty of access to programs like that already. We don’t need more.
I’ve been listening to The Jillian Michaels Show for the past couple of months, and it’s honestly become one of my very favorite podcasts.
What I love most is how real Jillian is. She talks like a friend who’s been through it all and just wants you to know the truth. Love your podcast and your format. Have enjoyed your information for twenty years. I think a great guest would be whereisjessi on instagram. She was the first woman to link the CDT and GDT and complete in one thru hike. She talks about her life and sport for hours and educates while she navigates.
Jillian really is the student we should all be! Curious, open, honest, sincere…her approach is inviting genuine! We can all learn so much here!
This *thing* provides the eye and ear holes of the world with enough red pill narcissistic gaslighting to make the general population sign up for therapy and accountability partners as a preventative measure. “can you push me in front of a tour bus filled with hungry seniors if I ever start to look, act, talk or have a vacant stare like JM? Thanks.”
