Thank you for an awesome Podcast! I especially enjoyed Caryn Angelson from Tokio Marine North America’s episode. As an HR professional, I always appreciate hearing from others in this field. I love how she talked about bringing your authentic self to work and the importance of digging deeper into becoming a more inclusive organization versus simply “checking the box.” Bravo!
Excellent. Great advoce to remember. Extremely difficult as one progresses through their career to stay relevent. Yet relevant as noted in the converstions does not mean stepping outside of ones successful culture to accomdate the desires of those who do not fit in. Inspiring comments since an inspiring culture is what I think organizations should strive for.

I have to start by saying I was involved in the first of these but they have got better and better as they’ve gone along. All the participants have been insightful giving good ideas and tips on how to start, develop and manage a career in the insurance industry. Thoroughly enjoying the series.
