I worked for a company that could have made double the profits but refused to acknowledge the deficiencies. Emma needs to listen to Successful podcasters and apply suggestions. I have tried 3x to listen to episodes and every time her 10-15 minute intros lose me. Extraneous information delivered in a little girl voice. Then, I followed on IG. Almost worse. Anyone that asks a legitimate question or disagrees gets a response that comes across as unfriendly and unwilling to actually help viewers bet... more
It’s so awesome that you give these people a voice. I’ve experienced my own things and so has my mother and it so hard because they were such insane things done to us by our own government and NOONE believes you. It can be very difficult so I’m glad you’re doing this for these people.
I just want to say I truly appreciate what this podcast is here to bring to the world almost as much as I appreciate the interviewer. She allows the guests to speak and share their story without interjecting and feeling like she needs to add her piece or expertise or how she understands. Her energy is authentic and it’s rare to find in the podcast world. She is actively listening and able to prompt and add questions and statements as needed to expand on subjects and add depth and understanding w... more
You need to take more control of these interviews if you want to be taken seriously. Letting these people go on and on without interjecting is not doing you or them any favors. They can do that without you. Also not a fan of your intros. Way too long and you read them like a 5th grader giving a presentation, waiting to get your pat on the head-and they are more awkward than they seem flattering. This is a very important topic and sometimes it seems you’re doing more harm than good

I’ve listened to 2 episodes and the 1st one the “mother” ADMITTED to abusing her child! And the host comforted her and told her that, “she couldn’t help it” the second episode I just heard the woman admit to MURDERING 2 other people! At first I thought maybe you people needed psychiatric help but I think it’s time to get the authorities involved!
