I found it frustrating that the male presenter was unable to complete more than 5 words straight without a stutter or an “um” and the female presenter was so monotone.
It's pretty good.
The only sad part about this podcast is that I wish I could chat with these insightful, charming people about books. :)
I cannot recommend this podcast enough whether you're familiar with the other podcasts on the Idle Thumbs network or not. I have discovered so many great books I normally wouldn't have because of this podcast and the hosts of the podcast do a great job breaking down what they liked or didn't like in the books covered each month.
Chris and Sarah are a very nice couple who like books. Listening to them respectively discuss their thoughts about a piece of literature is delightful. Having read the book helps, but they're still very pleasant podcast hosts regardless.
