Maybe I’m just spoiled by the best tv recap show “West Wing Weekly,” but this is awful. They forget the names of characters, and remember plot lines incorrectly, over and over again. The team who hosted Seasons one and two were horribly annoying with Stephanie(?) hijacking the podcast with her repetitive comments and attempts to sound smart by using SAT words (mostly incorrectly). Steve Y do U highjack every show? I C U have an opinion & U R NOT afraid 2 share it ad nauseam .... However U R on a panel w/ others who want 2 express their points of view as well. This isn’t the 1 man Steve show ... have some decorum ..... WAIT YOUR TURN & quit hogging the mic
I love the show The Crown so I was excited that we were getting an aftershow this season but when I saw Tehran was the main host I hesitated because he has such an overpowering personality, but gave it a chance anyway. Terrible recap and hosts! They all drove me crazy with their silly commentary.
good meta
The panel for s1&2 were the best. Season 3s panel was bad. They kept messing up what happened in which episode so there were spoilers. Have just started listening to s4 and it's good so far.
I might be talking out of both sides of my mouth on this, but at the end if the day, if you are literally looking for in-depth analysis from smart and varied perspectives, this podcast literally does the job. Good work... Literally.
Love it, love it, love it!
