  • Unfortunate Misinformation

Incorrect information on ADHD medications "toxic and that never work".

Very disappointed that someone who expresses open minded views on parenting is not more careful with your platform and voice.

The medications have saved lives, and can blend very well with nutrition and exercise for successful treatment.

This blurs the conversations of "issues with education system" and ADHD. Its dangerous and will impact kids getting the help they need.

Also very disparaging and insulting way to speak of th... more

  • Love the content but…

So helpful and I have learned a lot by listening! Thank you for your boldness in sharing ways to improve my life and the lives of those around me. If I could change anything, it would be to not have profanity used throughout. I was listening to an episode with my little one nearby and was mortified when the host dropped the F bomb out of the blue. It truly surprised me since the podcast is focused around health, peace, and living intentionally…these words just seemed to be out of place.

Gut Health, Inflammation, and Balancing Moods

Begin with foundational lifestyle changes: clean up the diet to reduce inflammation, ensure adequate sleep, manage light exposure, and assess basic gut function; testing comes later for those in a clinical program.
Becoming our Authentic Self, with Angela Ferrari

Angela explains that authenticity comes from listening inward, not chasing external validation, and that the message in her work is a transmission meant to wake readers to their own inner truth.
The Power of Elderberries with Jessica Lowery
Q: What led you to start making your own elderberry syrup, and how did it evolve into a business?
Faced with taste issues from store-bought syrups, she experimented at home and shared her batch with friends. The unexpected demand grew from friends asking for more, which, amid financial stress, pushed her to turn a hobby into a business to support her family.

Q: Was there any like aha moment for you that was like, oh, there's another way to wellness besides Western medicine?
Yes. After meeting a chiropractor at 19 and learning from his family's holistic approach, she became curious about alternatives to antibiotics and pharmaceuticals, which inspired her to explore natural remedies and eventually pursue elderberry as a key part of her family's health routine.
