    I have been fortunate to be taught yoga by Mark Whitwell & Rosalind Atkinson for the last 2 years & I can honestly say they have given me, in terms of my personal practice where nothing is required other than myself & a minimum of 10mins each morning, more than anyone else has in my life.

    Mark’s podcasts are an extension of the conversations we have in class - he speaks to the most interesting people & covers such interesting subjects. I can’t say anymore other than just listen & see for yours... more
