Highly informative and fun show for business owners and sales departments.
Really enjoyed this show. I recommend to all who like information and entertainment. The host looks a little bit like the kid from Bronx Tale...which is a little distracting. Other than that...lots of good stories and laughs.
It’s so much harder to get a new customer than to keep current customers happy and engaged, but most e-commerce brands are focused on acquisition. That’s why a podcast about making your customers happy is so valuable. The multiple perspectives from multiple guests with multiple hosts are a treasure trove of tactics. Also- love the uniquely Miami vibe!
